The Gujrat Earthquake

The earthquake of Gujarat

Was a destructive one
Causing complete terror
Depriving life and fun

When the earthquake occurred
It was unexpected
Before the people realized it
Many of them were dead!

It struck Gujarat
Without any pity
Destroying life
And many a city

It left fear in the minds
Of those who escaped
It left many people
Starving and naked

The victims of the calamity
Gave painful yelps
And a little could be done
With the given help

People all over the world
Tried to do their best
But the victims of the quake
May never know any rest
